Union County, NJ, October 4, 2017 – Our Revolution Union County has endorsed Green Party candidate Seth Kaper-Dale for Governor of New Jersey. Kaper-Dale embraces the concept of positive change through community action, and shares the values and spirit of Our Revolution’s progressive issues and goals. The group also endorsed Onel Martinez, an Independent with an endorsement from Green Party of New Jersey.
Kaper-Dale’s motto, “The last are first,” are words that exemplify his efforts and successes in putting the most vulnerable of our population in the forefront. “I believe the trickle from above can be replaced with well-springs that start at the bottom,” says Kaper-Dale. His many accomplishments include:
- Who Is My Neighbor Inc, which brought the community of Highland Park a fair trade store, an after school program, and an affordable summer camp, and is widening its efforts to reach seniors and infants/caregivers.
- RCHP-Affordable Housing Corp, which has created housing for women aging out of foster care, homeless veterans, re-entering citizens, justice-involved youth, chronically homeless adults with mental illnesses, and refugees. It owns or operates 17 buildings that house 91 tenants in supportive housing.

Our Revolution Union County believes Seth Kaper-Dale will lead New Jersey to a place where we can all be proud to live. Among the issues Seth Kaper-Dale actively supports is a moratorium on Hurricane Sandy-related foreclosures, single-payer healthcare in NJ, public banking, fair taxation, women’s rights, LGBTQ rights, prison reform, fair and humane treatment of immigrants, and legalization of marijuana.
