Food & Water Watch of South Jersey works to ensure that our food and water are safe, accessible and sustainably produced, so we can all trust in what we eat and drink. We want to stop dangerous, toxic chemicals from polluting our water, soil and air.
Right now we are organizing to petition NJ legislators to ban toxic frack drilling, frack waste transport, storage, treatment, processing, or disposal anywhere in New Jersey because it is endangering our drinking water. Learn more about the dangers of fracking for gas, and the toxic chemicals in frack waste by attending our meetings and visiting our website: https://www.facebook.com/FoodAndWaterWatchOfSouthJersey. We don't want New Jersey to become another "cancer alley".
Join with us to ban the frack waste dumping from PA that is happening now near our rivers and streams. Email us at email@example.com to reserve your seat. We meet every 2nd Wednesday at 6:PM in Glassboro, at 314 Franklin Rd. See map for directions. All are welcome. Light refreshments are served.
