Green Party of New Jersey
Updated May 08, 2008
GPNJ Goes to Court

with your help!

Since the 19th century, the Democratic and Republican parties of New Jersey have used their governmental power to award themselves a political monopoly. In the past decade, coalitions of other political parties have fought in the courts (as well as the electoral arena!) to reverse some of the most egregious discrimination. Our victories are victories for all citizens of our state.

What have we already accomplished?
Good question! GPNJ has been a part of a coalition of political parties that have sued for other rights in the past. Read all about those efforts here.

What will the next lawsuit gain for Greens and for democracy?

Our new lawsuit will, hopefully, take us close to legal parity in some areas with the Democrats and GOP. Read about it here.

How can I help?

Our legal fund exists to pay for those parts of these legal activities for which we're responsible. We believe that these efforts can transform New Jersey into a multi-party system in which voters have a variety of choices, and in which the Green Party's message can be clearly heard.

Sending us a contribution - to "The Green Party of New Jersey" with "Legal Fund" in the memo portion will direct it into this work. Thank you for your consideration.
